TASK 1:
You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
Write a letter of complaint to the bus company
There have been some problems with public transport in your area recently.
Write a letter to the manager of the transport company. In your letter,
+ Describe the problems.
+ Explain how these problems are affecting you and the public
+ Suggest some changes that could be made
You should write at least 120 words.
You do not need to write your own address. Your response will be evaluated in terms of Task Fulfillment, Organization, Vocabulary and Grammar.
TASK 2:
Write about the following topic:
Buying things on the Internet such as books, air tickets and groceries is becoming more and more popular. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this trend?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Write at least 250 words.
Your response will be evaluated in terms of Task Fulfillment, Organization, Vocabulary and Grammar.
